Eating in a Restaurant
STOP RESTRICTING! This was my lunch Saturday. In the past I never would have eaten this. Going out was such a challenge as I had in my brain I can’t eat carbs, can’t have too many calories, or just can’t eat at all because it wasn’t in “my window”. That’s OVER now. I eat what I want within reason. No more restrictions. When I go to a restaurant I make healthy choices but I enjoy all things, including bread! And I can still lose body fat! You can too! Learn to eat Whole Foods you enjoy. Stop restricting and still reach your health and weight loss goals! Fish tacos are not a bad choice. I make sure they are blackened and not fried and I even ate the small amount of rice. Delicious. Perfect paired with a green salad! Eating out can be fun again!
