My story begins 20 years ago

As a chronic yo-yo dieter and binge eater.  I was 40 pounds over-weight and gaining and losing the same 40 pounds almost every year!  I tried every fad diet out there.  They worked temporarily until they stopped!  I gained all that weight back yet again.  I finally took steps that changed my life forever and lost 70 pounds and have kept it off for 13 years.  I was on a quest to really understand what it meant to “live well.” I  became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine where I learned the effects of exercise on health and weight loss and went on to personally train and advise hundreds of clients on how to add exercise to their routine, the right type of exercise and how to avoid injury and have proper form.  The next step was adding nutrition.  I went through the nutrition coaching certification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Now it's time to help others!

I have helped hundreds in their weight loss journey reach their desired goals and learn to maintain their health and weight!
