Cauliflower: The Versatile Veg

If you haven't tried making things out of cauliflower, you're missing out. I will be posting many cauliflower substitution recipes. This buffalo cauliflower is the bomb! I've actually tried many different recipes for this and this one is my favorite! Super easy, spicy and delicious with a nice crunch!

I use 2 heads of cauliflower because you will find it goes fast - even for people that claim they don't like cauliflower. Break it up into medium size florets. In a large ziplock bag combine 3/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 c xanthum gum, 1 c almond milk, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper. Once it's all mixed up. add the cauliflower and make sure it is all covered. Bake in 450 degree oven 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle about 1/4-1/2 c Bob's red hot sauce over cauliflower and mix it all around until it's covered. Bake an additional 30 minutes until crispy and starts to brown. Serve warm. You can add a dipping sauce of your choice. Delicious!
