This was absolutely delicious! Spicy and full of flavor!
Ingredients: 1 block extra firm tofu, 1 Tbs coconut aminos, 1 Tbs olive oil, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1 Tbs corn starch, 3 Tbs vegan mayo ( I just use a light mayo), 1 Tbs rice vinegar, 3 Tbs sriracha, sesame seeds.
Directions: Press your tofu in a clean kitchen towel to remove all excess water. If you don't do this, it will not come out crispy. Combine aminos, oil, pepper and corn starch and whisk together. Slice tofu into cubes and coat with sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Combine mayo, vinegar and sriracha. Add baked tofu and completely coat. Put back in the oven for another 30 min. Coat with 1 Tbs sesame seeds. Serve over brown rice, cauliflower rice or make a bowl out of it. I used baby spinach and brown rice. You can adjust the heat based on how much sriracha you use. Delicious!
