Vegan Bowls


Creating all different "bowls" provides you with a huge variety of healthy meals and a multitude if flavors!

INGREDIENTS:

Sweet potatoes - dice and sprinkle with chipotle powder and paprika, roast at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes until they begin to brown

Black beans - drained and rinsed

Avocado - diced

Brown rice - cooked

Baby spinach or kale

Jalapeno - sliced thin or diced

Fresh Salsa

1 Lime - juiced


Throw it all together and enjoy! You can add a drizzle of your favorite oil free vegan dressing if you like it a bit more saucy!
